Fighting To Keep Caring Fathers In Their Childrens Lives!!

"Fathers Rights - National Fathers Alliance", in an effort to achieve fairness, honesty, and integrity in the very sensitive area of family law and parental rights, has joined forces with many National and Local Fathers\NCP organizations in filing multiple federal class action lawsuits on behalf of an estimated 25 million non-custodial parents. These lawsuits are demanding that rights to equal custody of their children be restored by the federal courts.

Our goal is to seek equal restoration of fathers rights in the family court systems across the USA, as well as facilitate a dialog where fathers can begin to understand/work through the legislative process, and begin to bring some parity and fairness to the child custody\support process in the State of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and throughout the country. Unless fathers smartly organize, we will continue to be victimized by biased courts who continue to recognize obsolete, 18th century "Virtuous Woman" beliefs, as well as women like my ex-wife, who will continue to come into court, with false allegations and outright lies, that are routinely accepted by people in authority, like Cmsh. John Carrow of Delaware.

These practices are destroying the fabric of life that bonds a father to his children, and it is time for social change regarding these issues.

My ex has outright ignored our court ordered visitation agreement, denies my right to my children, lies about her assets, and most importantly, uses lies and controlling tactics designed to portray a negative image of their father to my children, which is tantamount to Child Abuse.

After sharing a very close relationship with my children over an 11 year period, I've seen them only once in the past 13 months. Attempts to seek enforcement of our "Joint Custody" court order have been routinely disregarded by my ex with comtempt for me and the court process, while the courts do nothing to enforce their order.

We're more than a dollar sign, we're fathers, and we make up 50% of what our children are made of. If these destructive tactics of scorned women and arrogant courts continue, many children will never fulfill the promise of their full identity, as 50% of what makes them will continue to be missing, all ordered by the courts.
